Reservations

We require a valid credit card on file in order to book appointments at Mint and Thyme. This applies even if you intend to pay with a gift certificate. We will not charge the card on file unless you miss your appointment or cancel within our 48-hour cancellation policy (see below).

Cancellations

Sometimes the unexpected happens- you get sick, your boss schedules a last-minute meeting or some other unforeseen complication comes up and you can’t make your appointment. Be sure to give us a 48-hour notice if you can’t make your scheduled appointment. If you miss your appointment, or reschedule within the 48-hour window, you will be charged 50% of your total service(s) cost as a late cancel/no show fee. Cosmetic Injection appointments will incur a flat $50 late cancel/no show fee. A late cancel/no show fee is not intended to be punishment for the client, its sole purpose is to help the business and the esthetician recoup some of the lost income from that appointment.
